Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion and will issue a full refund in such cases.
Order Windows
Many stores operate on a limited-time window. Orders placed outside of the open window will not be accepted. Check each store's closing date before ordering.
Custom / Personalized Items
Items with custom personalization (names, numbers, etc.) are made to order and are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.
Shipping
A flat shipping fee is charged per order. Estimated delivery times are provided by our fulfillment partners and are not guaranteed. Homes Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays.
Refunds & Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or with an error on our part, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns on correctly fulfilled personalized items.
